VIMY DAY IN OTTAWA

April 8, 7:00 pm National War Memorial, Elgin Street: All-night vigil by Cadets

A wreath-laying and candle light procession took place with the Army Cadet League of Canada and with the support of Veterans Affairs Canada. The ceremony included a parade led by The Army Cadet League of Canada which held an all night vigil at National War Memorial in honor of the battle of Vimy ridge.

The Vimy Foundation, in collaboration with EWC and VAC paid tribute in honour and recognition of the 95thAnniversary of the Battle of Vimy Ridge that helped shape Canada.
